My healing journey did not begin in a classroom or through a certification. It began through life itself.

Like many people, I experienced moments of challenge, uncertainty, and transformation that led me to seek answers beyond conventional approaches. Along the way, I discovered that healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about remembering who we truly are beneath the layers of stress, fear, conditioning, and emotional wounds.

As I explored different traditions, therapies, and spiritual teachings, I began to understand that every experience, every challenge, and every lesson carried a deeper purpose. This realization inspired me to dedicate my life to studying holistic wellness and helping others navigate their own journeys.

Over the last two decades, I have had the privilege of learning from teachers, healers, therapists, spiritual mentors, and ancient traditions from different cultures. Each experience contributed to a deeper understanding of how energy, consciousness, and intention can influence our well-being.

Universa was born from this vision—a sacred space where people can feel supported, inspired, and empowered to reconnect with their true essence. My mission is not to heal anyone, because healing ultimately comes from within. Instead, I serve as a guide, a facilitator, and a compassionate companion on the path toward greater awareness, balance, and transformation.

My Background

For more than 20 years, my journey has been dedicated to exploring the connection between body, mind, energy, and spirit. What began as a personal search for balance, healing, and deeper understanding gradually evolved into a lifelong path of study, practice, and service.

Throughout the years, I have immersed myself in a wide range of holistic and integrative disciplines, including Reiki, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Meditation, Energy Therapies, Crystal Healing, Breathwork, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Development, and various ancient healing traditions from around the world. My studies have been guided not only by formal training and certifications but also by direct experience, personal transformation, and thousands of hours dedicated to understanding the human healing process.

I believe that true healing happens when we address the whole person—not only the physical body, but also the emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual dimensions of our being. Every modality I practice and every session I offer is rooted in compassion, respect, and the understanding that each individual possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth.
